- Level 1. Written complaint can be submitted to the concerned Craft Instructor.
- Level 2. In case the grievance is not addressed up to the satisfaction , then complaint can be re-addressed to The Group Instructor.
- Level 3. Under failure of the level 1 & 2 , the complaint can be addressed to The Principal, ITI Jija Bai Siri Fort.
